It’s simple: if you don’t win, you don’t pay anything.

The claim is being run on a no win, no fee basis. That means:

• If your claim is successful:
  You’ll pay a maximum of 30% of the compensation you receive, plus VAT (currently 20%), making the total 36%.
  This fee covers all the legal work, including barristers and insurance to protect you from legal costs if the case doesn’t succeed.

• If your claim is not successful:
  You won’t pay us anything. All legal fees and costs will be covered by insurance arranged for the group.

There are no upfront costs to join the claim and no hidden charges.
